Banana-Split Cake
Ingredients

1 Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix
1 20-oz can Crushed Pineapple (not drained)
1 Small Box Sugar Free Instant Banana Crème Pudding Mix
(prepared: use skim milk to make the pudding)
1 8oz. Container - Light or Fat Free Whipped Topping

Directions

  • Mix cake as directed in the base of the Microsteamer.
  • Microwave on high 4-1/2 minutes
  • Cool (you can freeze for 15 minutes if you are in a hurry).
  • Pour can of pineapple over cake.
  • Spread prepared pudding over pineapple.
  • Spoon whipped topping over pudding.
  • Options: Drizzle Chocolate Sauce on top and or sprinkle with nuts.
