1 lb Powdered sugar
½ Cup Powdered Cocoa
1 stick margarine (1/2 Cup Parkay)
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla Flavoring
1/2 Cup Nuts (Optional)
In a Oval Micro Cooker, place:
Powdered sugar and Cocoa, stir together.
Next, slice 1 stick of margarine into pats
and place on sugar mix.
Pour ¼ Cup of Milk over mixture. Do not stir.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of Vanilla
Flavoring and stir our lumps. Add
½ cup of nuts (optional)
Pour Fudge into an Oval Micro
Cooker cover and refrigerate.
Makes 1 pound and Freezes Well!
