The NWCLA was formed to provide a structured forum for landlords and property managers to get informed on the changing areas of rental real estate and the laws that govern the business we are in. We want to provide guidance for those new to the business as well as use our strength as an organization to prevent negative legislation and promote positive changes in Massachusetts, We own property in one of the toughest states to be a landlord in, the scale is not tipped in our favor, and we must work together to run our businesses in the strictest manner, and encourage changes that would give equality back to the legal housing system.
We are all in the business of providing housing; together we can work to better our community and our real estate. We urge you to consider joining our organization, there are many benefits to belonging to an upstanding group that with work on issues that effect you and your livelihood.
